We are now looking for a Procurement Administrator for our client

Our client is seeking a structured and service-oriented Procurement Administrator for an international assignment in Lund. In this role, you will be an important part of the organization’s procurement administration and contribute to an efficient and regulated procurement process in line with internal procedures and routines. You will support both the procurement team and other functions within the organization and work proactively with documentation, follow-up, and data quality in systems.

You will be part of the Procurement Administration Group within the SPL division, which is responsible for frameworks, support, and operational work related to procurement, logistics, and travel management for the entire organization, including partners.

Responsibilities

Prepare and follow up on purchase orders

Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding procurement matters

Support procurement managers and group leaders in operational issues

Update price lists and data in ERP and EAM systems

Maintain structured procurement folders and documentation

Create procurement-related reports and requests for quotations

Assist the Head of Division in data and analysis projects

Other administrative tasks as agreed

Requirements

Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or a high school diploma with supplementary work experience

At least 2 years of experience in procurement administration, preferably in public procurement

Experience with data quality, structure, and process understanding in business systems (ERP)

Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written – additional European languages, especially Swedish, are an advantage

Experience from international environments is a plus

Personal qualities:

A team player with good communication skills

Detail-oriented, structured, and independent

Enjoys administrative tasks and has a knack for understanding routines

Flexible and solution-oriented, with a good ability to handle changes

Please note that the assignment requires on-site work in Lund and that CVs should be submitted in English.

Start Date and Application

Location: Lund

Scope: 100%

Start Date: September 2025

End Date: 12 months (with the possibility of extension for up to 6 months)
