This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. Job responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are a central part of the company's customer support and are responsible for ensuring a high-quality service experience for customers. Your task involves handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and service-oriented manner. You will also perform simpler administrative tasks, such as registering and updating lists and other documentation. To provide accurate and relevant information to customers, you are expected to stay updated on the company's range of products and services.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education • Work experience in customer service, preferably with experience in customer service via phone in the energy sector or other technical support experience • Good computer and system skills • Swedish and English, spoken and written To thrive in this role, you are a person with a positive attitude who takes responsibility for your tasks and ensures they are performed with high quality. You are solution-oriented and have a genuine interest in collaborating with colleagues to deliver the best possible service to customers.
