About Jerol

Jerol develops and manufactures robust, environmentally friendly composite poles for electricity distribution and road signage. Our products are known for their quality and durability and are used by Swedish network owners such as Vattenfall, Jämtkraft, and Skellefteå Kraft. Jerol in Sweden has undergone a significant upgrade of its production line, and together with the Jerol factory in Norway, capacity has been significantly improved. We now have short delivery times and service-oriented staff ready to assist. At the same time, the electricity grid is facing extensive upgrades in the coming years, making this a very exciting market with great opportunities.

About the role

As a field salesperson, you will be responsible for strengthening our market position in Sweden and Europe. You will proactively work with both existing customers and new business opportunities – primarily network owners, wholesalers, and line consultants – and build long-term relationships that create value for both the customer and Jerol. The position is home-based with a home office but involves regular travel to our headquarters and factory in Tierp, where a large part of our product development takes place, as well as travel within Sweden, the Nordic countries, and to some extent, other parts of Europe. Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing, identifying, and processing new customers and markets
• Following up and developing existing customer relationships
• Conducting customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Preparing quotes and following up on business processes and agreements
• Participating in trade fairs, industry events, and customer activities
• Collaborating with the product and marketing department to adapt strategies and materials

We are looking for a self-driven and relationship-building person who is motivated to develop businesses and markets. You are technically skilled and have the ability to understand customer needs and present our solutions in a professional and engaging manner. You also have:

• Experience in technical B2B sales from the electricity network industry or electricity distribution.
• Good ability to build long-term customer relationships and open doors to new business.
• Comfortable with long sales cycles and working proactively in a competitive market.
• Driven and solution-oriented with a good understanding of technology.
• Communicative and used to speaking with both technical and commercial decision-makers.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
