Job Advertisement: B-Responsible for Fruits & Vegetables

Coop Partille is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to offer good accessibility for our customers. The store is currently run by about 30 employees, plus several additional part-time staff. Our assortment includes Bakery, Catering, Games, and Post, as well as manual Delicatessen and Fish counters.

We are now looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for making our Fruits & Vegetables department something truly special!

In your role as B-Responsible for Fruits & Vegetables, your main focus will always be to plan and drive your department in the best way possible, but since we all help each other in the store, there will also be work in the Delicatessen counter, Bread/Bake off, and even checkout.

In the Fruits & Vegetables department, you should be able to:

• Plan and take responsibility for purchases
• Actively work with physical destruction and waste
• Follow up sales against budget
• Lead the staff in the department

You will possess specialized knowledge in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the departments are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Previous experience working in a grocery store with Fruits & Vegetables is a requirement.

The position is a permanent part-time employment of 25-30 hours per week with start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period applies. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
