We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with extensive experience in digital transformation and low-code platforms to drive and further develop Citizen Development initiatives within a large corporate environment.

In this role, you will lead the effort to shape and develop the Citizen Development strategy, focusing on enabling business transformation through innovative low-code tools and platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in defining and implementing the future ways of working within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure a shared direction across the organization
• Lead strategic workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights and define the way forward
• Support the ongoing development and refinement of the Citizen Development strategy
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for digital transformation and the adoption of low-code solutions
• Provide expert support in business development and drive change management
• Drive initiatives that create engagement, readiness, and participation among stakeholders in preparation for change

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in business consulting with a focus on digital transformation
• Proven experience in supporting or advising on Citizen Development and low-code platform strategies

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and leading/facilitating workshops

• Strong ability to analyze complex business needs and develop practical and strategic solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Fluent in Swedish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large corporate environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code tools
