About the Role

As a purchaser with us, you have a broad responsibility for the procurement of materials and services. You work independently and together with colleagues to ensure quality, delivery reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Order materials and services needed in the business
• Monitor deliveries and manage invoices
• Evaluate and develop suppliers
• Participate in improvement projects and develop the procurement process
• Negotiate and write contracts with suppliers

You will be part of a team with purchasers and a purchasing manager and have many contacts both nationally and internationally.

Your Profile

You are a collaborative and proactive person who enjoys responsibility and building good relationships. We prefer that you have:

• Experience in purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with working in business systems, we currently use M3 Infor
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience with the Office suite (mainly Excel)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in purchasing/logistics is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
