About the role:

In the role of Platform Architect within ServiceNow, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a sustainable architecture and that the platform is tailored to the business needs. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for an experienced Platform Architect who can take a strategic and technical leadership role in our team deliveries.

Your main tasks:

• Design and implement ServiceNow architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
• Ensure that the platform is scalable, secure, and sustainable over time.
• Act as a technical advisor for clients and internal teams regarding platform best practices.
• Lead and participate in technical workshops and requirements gathering with clients.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and functionality.
• Ensure that ServiceNow configuration and development follow established standards and guidelines.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform's functionality, modules, and integration possibilities.
• Experience in designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both clients and development teams.
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
