About the role

As a Customer Support Representative, you are a key person in our contact with the customer – whether it concerns advice on products, assistance with deliveries, or general inquiries. The role is not just about answering, but about creating satisfied and returning customers through high-quality service.

You work proactively, focusing on streamlining processes, improving work methods, and contributing to our customer support always delivering at a high level.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide professional and service-oriented support to our customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Act as the company's face to the outside and create a positive experience in every contact
  • Support internally in matters concerning products, orders, and deliveries
  • Actively work to improve routines and ensure high quality at all levels
  • Keep yourself updated on our product range, news, and changes
  • Contribute with basic advice on diet, training, and health

We believe that you...

  • Have experience in customer support, service, or e-commerce 
  • Are communicative, meticulous, and genuinely appreciate creating satisfied customers
  • Have a natural interest in training, dietary supplements, and health
  • Thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, work independently but still have a close team to bounce ideas off, and contribute with improvement suggestions
  • Have a very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Location and working hours

The position is based at our headquarters in Landvetter. The position is a full-time temporary position starting in August until December.
