Fitness24Seven is now looking for a temporary Norwegian-speaking customer service representative for 100% at our Lund HQ.

About the position

The role of customer service representative at Fitness24Seven means that you primarily meet customers via email, phone, and chat. Your mission is to help members with their questions and requests in the best way possible. The role is constantly evolving as there is much new happening both in our group and in the company as a whole. We are becoming increasingly digital in how we reach our members, so there is always something new to learn.

In this position, it is important that you enjoy meeting customers over the phone as almost all communication occurs this way. You are flexible, attentive, and willing to present your improvement suggestions both to the team and especially to customers, as you will belong to a department driven by the desire to always improve and enhance the member journey. We prefer that you are a positive person who has the ability to adapt and always keeps customer satisfaction in focus. Being able to take personal responsibility and being a good team player is crucial for our team. The cases will include our gyms, access, payment methods, terms questions, and NPS. 

Practical information about the position:

• Temporary employment until December 2026
• Workplace: Headquarters in Lund
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job responsibilities

Your role will involve member support through phone, chat, and email. Below are examples of tasks you may perform:

• Answer questions in Norwegian and Swedish via email regarding payment issues, information, and terms questions.
• Answer questions in Norwegian and Swedish via phone and chat. 
• Handling memberships concerning our Norwegian market

We are looking for someone who

• … has outstanding customer service that exceeds the expectations of members and new customers.
• ... has previous experience in sales and service
• … is used to working variably in a fast-paced environment with flexible tasks
• … is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and Norwegian, as well as having good knowledge of English
• … has completed secondary education
• ... is comfortable and interested in speaking with customers in Norwegian over the phone

It is a merit if you have worked with customer support or in a call center before.
