Do you want to be part of an exciting journey where you can combine technical expertise with customer-facing work? Our Workplace Operations team is now looking for a senior consultant who thrives in a dynamic environment where not all answers are given – but where we find solutions together.

You will be based in Stockholm and become part of an engaged team with a dozen driven colleagues across Sweden. Together, we work in the intersection of consulting and operational management – the best of both worlds. Here you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology in a tight-knit team while having a significant impact on how we develop and deliver our services.

In this role, you will be responsible for a number of assigned clients and serve as their primary contact person. 

Your main responsibilities include:

• Holding regular monthly meetings with clients and planning technical implementations
• Handling daily support cases within the group – which requires good problem-solving skills and communication in Swedish
• Supporting our Config Center in Stockholm with technical support and contributing to the development of our technical solutions
• Participating in shorter consulting assignments and deliveries to clients
• Being involved in shaping how we develop our services, improve our working methods, and create even greater customer value
• The work also includes operational tasks, incident management, and change management within systems, applications, and infrastructure – both in our own and in clients' IT environments

We would like you to have a few years of experience in: 

• Microsoft 365 – good understanding of the platform's services and features
• Device and application management with Microsoft Intune
• Windows client management
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• PowerShell – experience in automating and streamlining tasks
• MacOS/iOS and Android – experience in managing and troubleshooting in mixed environments

It is a merit if you have the MD-102 Endpoint Administrator certification!
