About the Position

We are looking for positive and outgoing individuals for various assignments in the event and service industry, with a particular focus on those who can work daytime!

We seek someone who loves to provide service, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a dynamic, lively work environment. Together, we deliver high-quality service and professionalism to customers throughout Gothenburg, always with an eye for detail and a desire to exceed expectations.

At Carotte Staff, we collaborate with a wide range of clients in the hospitality industry, from corporate events, grand banquets, and catering assignments to our own Carotte restaurants. Your workplaces may vary, but we match assignments based on your availability.

We train all our staff in Carotte Academy, our own service training program, to ensure they feel confident in delivering a high level of service in true Carotte spirit to our customers.

Examples of Job Duties:

• Serve at banquets and corporate lunches
• Work as a server, in the bar, or as a runner at A la Carte restaurants
• Support in catering assignments and conferences
• Work at events and fairs
• Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver personal service

What Can a Workday Look Like?

As part of our dedicated team at Carotte, you will work on various assignments within service and events. Job duties may include everything from welcoming guests and taking orders at table service to working at large corporate parties, catering assignments, and serving food and drinks, always with a focus on delivering service at the highest level.

Working hours vary depending on the assignment and client, providing you with the flexibility to adjust the job to fit your schedule. We prefer that you have another primary occupation and are looking for a fun and developing part-time job. There is no requirement for the number of shifts, but we appreciate a continuous presence.

• Can speak Swedish and English fluently

After an intense event summer with many exciting assignments in Gothenburg, we are now looking forward to a packed late summer and autumn as fairs, banquets, and other large events kick off.

From mid-August, we will work with our clients to deliver fantastic services at events such as:

About Carotte Academy

At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free multi-step training program. In the introductory training, you, as a newcomer to the industry, will receive the theoretical and practical foundational knowledge required to work in service at Carotte Staff. Everyone who works with us must complete the first step of our training.
