About the role

At Norma, you will be welcomed into a dynamic and international environment where innovation and technical expertise are at the forefront of our fully automated production. In this role, you will be part of a global team within IT Business Partner responsible for EMEA. You will be responsible for the IT operations for our Swedish company with a production unit in Anderstorp and a smaller sales office in Gothenburg. You will be offered a large global network with colleagues and specialists abroad. This gives you the best of both worlds – close local relationships and international contacts with knowledgeable IT colleagues abroad.

Your main task will be to provide support within IT infrastructure, which includes networks, servers, computers, monitors, printers, software, and phones. The position is broad, and you will work with both hardware and software. Furthermore, you will have a significant responsibility to ensure that we locally follow central IT processes that are at the forefront within the group. In addition to local IT infrastructure and general support, you will be a key player in the use of our ERP system MS Dynamics 365 F & O. You will step into the role of local Master User, and you will have the support of a local Key User organization from different business areas, as well as a large international network with the group's specialists and developers. The role also includes actively driving ongoing improvement work within IT, which provides significant influence and opportunities to put your own stamp locally. We are a highly automated production, and the business is constantly in motion through cross-functional development projects and new world-class technical solutions, which provides a stimulating and developing everyday life.

Your main workplace is at Norma in Anderstorp, but a few visits per half year to the office in Gothenburg are also included in the position. We try to be as digital as possible in our internal working methods, which opens up for remote work when the business allows it, 1-2 days a week. But above all, we see the value in being present as it often prevents questions and builds deeper relationships, which is important for us and our internal collaboration climate. Travel to other Norma companies within Europe may occur based on your interest and the needs of the business. In this position, you will report to the IT Business Partner Manager EMEA who is stationed in the UK.

Your profile

We are looking for an independent colleague who enjoys a lot of freedom under responsibility with a few years of experience from a similar role, preferably from an international business with many contact points. In this role, specialist competence is not the most important. Rather, we are looking for you with broader IT competence and understanding within IT/infrastructure, networks, servers, business systems, and hardware. You likely have relevant education in IT or equivalent work experience, but above all, we value your personality, which is characterized by good collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Competence-wise, you have good skills in networks, Microsoft infrastructure, and IT security. Experience with ERP systems is a prerequisite for success in the role, preferably within manufacturing companies. If you have worked in MS Dynamics 365 F & O, it is an advantage but not a requirement. You have good habits of documenting and maintaining IT infrastructure, as well as collaborating with external suppliers. Independence and high service ability are crucial, which requires proficiency in both English and Swedish in speech and writing.
