In your role as a network technician, you and your colleagues will work together with other teams at the client to deliver quality services to their corporate clients. As a Network Technician, you will configure services, customer-placed equipment, and also equipment in the existing internal infrastructure. You will also work with service migration, and with that experience, there is an opportunity to grow into a role with more responsibility.

The job involves a lot of contact with customers, suppliers, and their partners. Therefore, it is both a technically challenging role as well as a social one. It is important that you enjoy both aspects.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Configure and implement new services in the network
• Document services for the operations organization
• Communicate with customers, installers, and any suppliers during the delivery

For this role, we see that you have:

• A college or university degree in networking, or equivalent relevant work experience in IT or telecommunications, which you clearly motivate in your application.
• A strong drive to work with continuous improvements
• A burning interest in IT and networking technology
• The ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form
