Personal Assistant for 5-Year-Old Boy in Farsta

We are now looking for a personal assistant for our wonderful 5-year-old boy living in Farsta!

Our client is a lovely 5-year-old boy who lives with his warm family consisting of a mother, father, and an older sister. He is a playful and cheerful boy who needs a safe, calm, and stable person by his side during Monday-Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.

He attends preschool during the day and needs assistance at all times when he is not at preschool. As an assistant, you will be there to provide him with the support he needs, including play and fun. Our boy is in a wheelchair and requires extensive support with everything from tube feeding, breathing, to hygiene, and therefore we wish that you have previous experience as an assistant and possess healthcare knowledge. A medical background is a plus but not a requirement. At the client's request, we are only looking for female employees.

The most important ingredients for this assignment are commitment and attentiveness as every day looks different depending on the client's condition.

To apply for the position, you must be at least 25 years old, be able to provide a criminal record extract, and provide two nearby references.

Who are we looking for?

• You have knowledge of tube feeding, epilepsy, and respiratory support
• You need to have good physical condition as heavy lifting occurs
• You are at least 25 years old, attentive, and responsible.
• You are fond of children and patient.
• You are a calm and secure person
• You are smoke-free.
• You need to be able to speak fluent Swedish.

Working Hours and Employment Rate

The shifts are scheduled for Monday-Thursday between 15:00-22:00 and Saturdays between 08:30-22:00. The assistant starts the shift on weekdays at the client's preschool and travels home with the client via transport service.

It is an advantage if you are flexible and can step in extra when needed.

When do you start working with us?

The planned start is January 2025. But the most important thing is that we find the right person for the job, so please write in your application when you can start, and we can surely come to an agreement.
