We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT support technician for a family-oriented company where you will be the specialist in healthcare-specific IT systems and have opportunities for advancement!

About the position The company offers complete and smart IT solutions for private clinics across Sweden. You will work with the entire IT chain, from setup and installations to operation and further development of the IT environment. You will be in a multifaceted support role, where you will have a lot of customer contact daily and will significantly develop your IT skills!

The company is a smaller organization where everyone must help each other and work closely together to function as a business. You will be part of a social group and work broadly, learn a lot of new things, and take on challenges that you would rarely encounter otherwise!

Responsibilities As a support technician, you will be the face of the company; you are the contact point for customers and represent the crucial relationship building and everything that customer service entails. You will assist customers with everything from simple support issues to operational and network problems. You will also come into contact with databases as well as printer and router configuration. Of course, you have colleagues to turn to for help when you feel uncertain; you will solve everything together!

Since the company operates in a profession-specific industry, you will learn many unique and valuable IT skills, including electronic medical record systems, radiology software, and much more.

We are looking for someone who Has a solid interest in IT and enjoys helping others! You are a calm and pedagogical person who likes to tackle both familiar and unfamiliar problems and challenges. Furthermore, you thrive in a social workplace where everyone collaborates to achieve their goals.

More specifically, we want you to:

• Have a few years of experience in a similar role
• Have a long-standing interest in IT and be genuinely curious to learn more
• Feel comfortable configuring routers, switches, and managing networks
• Have experience with AD, MS 365, and domain management

You speak Swedish and English fluently.
