We are now looking for someone who wants to work with property maintenance during the summer season and is looking for a varied and interesting seasonal job outdoors. Together with engaged colleagues and tenants, you will help build the future in Norrköping and make a difference every day.

About the Position

• Fixed-term employment
• Full-time
• Daytime 07:00-16:00
• Work location Norrköping

The work primarily involves keeping Hyresbostäder's yards clean and tidy. You will work daily to weed, maintain flower beds and bushes, mow lawns, empty trash bins, and pick up litter. You will work outdoors in our areas together with property managers and help keep the common areas of the buildings, such as attics, stairwells, and basements, clean and tidy.

The assignment runs approximately from April to October.

About You

To be suitable for the role of property caretaker, we prefer that you are a driven and service-oriented person who can work independently as well as collaborate well with others. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate physical work where you can use your whole body and not be afraid to put in the effort when needed. A strong work ethic, flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are qualities we value in you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Formal Competence

• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Education in gardening/landscape maintenance
• Previous experience in external property maintenance, gardening, painting, litter picking, lawn mowing/trimming
