Job Description:

At Bladins School, we take pride in our teaching and our skilled teachers. You will work alongside several competent colleagues where you have the opportunity to learn from each other and grow together within the profession. In the role of a teacher at Bladins School, you will plan, develop, follow up, document, and evaluate teaching in woodworking and metalwork. You will also actively participate in our development work, where we strive to guide our students towards their goals based on their individual circumstances.

The position is a 100% permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a teacher in woodworking and metalwork for primary school.

• A genuine interest in driving development in your subject area.

• Good leadership skills and the ability to create positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

• Digital competence and the ability to adapt teaching to students' needs.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Bladins School is an independent F-9 school with over 850 students and 120 employees. Bladins School is centrally located next to Pildammsparken.

Bladins School operates in foundation form, which means that no profit distribution occurs. We are one of Malmö's oldest schools, with roots dating back to the 1870s, and today we consist of preschool, primary school, international school, and high school with a total of 1600 students.

At our school, every student is seen, and we cherish our daily interactions with our students, where we are clear adult role models.
