Job Description:

At Bladins School, we take pride in our teaching and our skilled teachers. You will work alongside several competent colleagues where you have the opportunity to learn from each other and develop together within the profession. For the upcoming school year, we will have an additional focus on deepening English for students in grade 7. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the work with this initiative.

In the position as a teacher at Bladins School, you will plan, develop, follow up, document, and evaluate the teaching of English. You will also actively participate in our development work where we strive to lead our students towards their goals based on their individual circumstances.

The position is a 100% permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Qualifications:

  • Teaching certification in English for grades 7-9.

  • Genuine interest in driving subject development.

  • Good leadership skills and the ability to create positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

  • Digital competence and the ability to adapt teaching to students' needs.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience of living abroad in an English-speaking country is an advantage.

Bladins School is an independent F-9 school with over 850 students and 120 employees. Bladins School is centrally located next to Pildammsparken.

Bladins School operates as a foundation, which means that no profit distribution occurs. We are one of Malmö's oldest schools with roots dating back to the 1870s, and today we consist of preschool, primary school, international school, and high school with a total of 1600 students.
