About the Position

We are now looking for a senior social worker to join the Resource Pool.

Working within the Resource Pool offers great opportunities for variety in your work. It is a chance to work across all the different operations of Individual and Family Care, both in open care and within the authority. If you start working with us, you will have experienced colleagues who support, help, and enhance each other's competencies.

The Resource Pool is its own unit, which means that the unit has regular meetings and supervision together. The unit currently consists of seven experienced social workers and a unit manager. The unit manager is responsible for two operations.

Resource Pool employees strengthen other units during instances such as illness, high workload, or waiting for new recruitment. This means that other units can apply for reinforcement from the Resource Pool as needed. The Resource Pool has also had assignments as team leaders and assignments aimed at development/competency enhancement. Each assignment is time-limited, and employees are supervised by a manager/team leader where the employee temporarily reinforces.

Moving forward, we aim to contribute even more to the transformation work based on the new Social Services Act.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in social work and several years of experience working within various social services operations. You are communicative and express yourself well in both speech and writing.
