Best Western Plus Sthlm Bromma is a four-star hotel with 202 hotel rooms, 16 conference rooms, a restaurant, bar, and a fitness center. The hotel has a unique location right next to Bromma Airport with free parking.

We are now looking for a service-oriented receptionist who is passionate about going the extra mile for our guests. You always have a smile on your face and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You are someone who prefers to see solutions rather than problems and have a professional demeanor towards both guests and colleagues. You are the one who keeps track of what is happening in the hotel as you work in the heart of the hotel; flexibility is a given as it is a very varied job.

With us, you work as part of a team, and even though the main duties are as a receptionist, you may assist in other departments of the hotel.

The main responsibilities as a receptionist are:

· Check-in and check-out

· Handle bookings via phone and email

· Invoicing

· Problem-solving

· Prepare for guests' arrivals in the system

· Knowledge of our loyalty program Best Western Rewards

· You will work in the hotel system Mews

· Incident manager during fire alarms

Requirements:

Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Computer skills

Being loyal and organized is a given.

We prefer that you have at least 1 year of experience from hotel reception. If you have worked in the hotel system Mews before, it is an advantage.

The position is full-time and will be scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary according to collective agreement (HRF).

You will report to the reception manager.
