About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for performing all forms of complex technical activities (including internal/external networks, applications, cloud, mobile, etc.). These assessments will sometimes be conducted at the client's site. 

Communication is crucial, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to convey complex technical information to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth penetration tests across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and mobile platforms.
• Perform zero-knowledge black-box, grey-box, and white-box penetration tests of specific areas within the company.
• Conduct testing and assessments in the cloud, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Perform security reviews of servers, network devices, architecture, and application designs.
• Act as an escalation point for team members regarding project-related issues.
• Deliver pre-sales support, including project scoping, estimates, and technical assistance via calls, meetings, and presentations with key clients.
• Contribute to developing the client's security offerings, refining methodologies, reporting standards, and training materials.
• Demonstrate the ability to be an industry expert.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 1+ years of experience in penetration testing or red team operations, including testing critical functionality, banking systems, and more.
• Has manual penetration testing experience beyond running automated tools.
• Has expertise in AWS, Azure, and cloud-based technologies, including VMs, containers, and infrastructure as code.
• Has prior experience as a subject matter expert or in a similar role.
• Has an excellent understanding of firewalls, proxies, iptables, AVs and EDR products, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and various networking concepts.
• Is fluent in one or more programming or scripting languages: Java, Python, C/C++, C#, .NET, ASP, PHP.

Must be a Swedish citizen.

Fluent in both English and Swedish.

Certifications/Qualifications

• One or more industry-leading certifications (OSCP, CRTE, CRTO, OSCE, OSWP, ARTE, CPTS, etc.)
• A degree in computer science, IT, or a cybersecurity-related field is a plus.
