Your mission:

• Drive strategic talent supply and organizational development.

• Coach and support managers in their leadership.

• Ensure compliance with labor law & union relations.

• Be an ambassador for corporate culture & employee experience.

• Strengthen the company's competitiveness through smart HR work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist.

• Solid knowledge in HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, leadership development, etc.

• Understanding of global business environments.

• Fluent Swedish and English (required).

Location: Huskvarna primarily, alternatively Jonsered or Stockholm (travel may occur). Remote work: 50%. Assignment period: September 1 – December 31, 2025 (possibility of extension). Application deadline: July 11, 2025, selection will be ongoing!
