The Role We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to drive business in an industry that makes a difference. We excel at building relationships, understanding our customers' needs, and selling solutions that create real value. You are driven and enjoy making the first contact.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Schedule qualified meetings with the right decision-makers
- Work proactively with cold calls, DMs, and email campaigns
- Warm up new leads and open doors to companies we want to work with
- Collaborate closely with our team that takes over and closes the deal
Who are you? You are results-oriented, fearless, and thrive in conversation – even when it’s cold. You understand the importance of listening, sparking interest, and quickly grasping the core needs of a company. Experience in sales towards medium and large companies or working within sustainability, tech, or service sales is a plus – but the most important thing is your attitude and ability to create contact.
