You are not alone – our team is aware of both business benefits and customer needs. What we are missing is someone who can pick up the phone, find the right person, and open the door. About the role:

  • Identify and contact new leads via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Create interest and schedule meetings for our sales team
  • Work systematically in CRM and help us build a smart pipeline
  • Refine our approach to prospecting together with us

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in booking meetings or generating leads (preferably through cold calls)
  • Enjoys working independently and has a strong self-motivation
  • Is not afraid of a “no” – you know it’s part of the process
  • Likes structure, clear goals, and seeing tangible results from your work

Previous experience in B2B, tech, sustainability, or agency world is a plus – but not a requirement. What we offer:
