Working as a substitute in schools and childcare is more than just a job - you get the chance to truly make a difference in the lives of children and students. Every day offers new meetings, unique opportunities, and a sense of contributing to the future.

As a substitute, you replace regular staff during their absence, sometimes at short notice. You are responsible for creating a safe and inspiring environment together with the regular staff where children and students can explore, learn, and grow. You contribute joy, security, and inspiration – and receive so much back in the form of laughter, learning, and gratitude. No day is like the other, which makes the job both challenging and rewarding, and opens up opportunities for other positions.

In Vindeln municipality, there are 6 preschools, 5 after-school centers, 5 primary schools, as well as adult education and SFI. We are now looking for substitutes for all operations, but you decide which or which operations are of interest to you.

You control when you want to work by making yourself available on the days and times you want to work in a program called Time Care Pool. In the program, you also have the opportunity to see which shifts are available in the future and express your interest in them.

In this recruitment, we make ongoing selections and appointments.

YOUR COMPETENCE

We are looking for you who easily adapt to new routines and ways of working and who have the ability to create good relationships. You place great importance on a good reception and are responsible. As a substitute, you need to be prepared for each day to look different, and therefore we would like you to be able to adjust quickly, that you are curious and see the opportunities in upcoming challenges. As a person, you are also secure in the role of a role model, you are self-sufficient, and you dare to take your own initiatives. You can collaborate well with others and have a good sense of service.

We are looking for you who have:

• Complete high school diploma or completed childcare education
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• Ability to work at least five shifts/month

It is a plus if you also have:

• Ongoing or completed pedagogical education
• Advanced knowledge in practical or theoretical subjects
• Previous experience in educational work
• Driver's license and regular access to a car
