We are a growing specialist team passionate about systems-level development, and despite the consulting and R&D market being challenging for a while, we are seeing a clear upturn right now. With several projects in the pipeline this fall, we are now looking for more sharp colleagues.

Your role with us

As an embedded developer, you will work on technology-intensive projects where demands for performance, security, and reliability are high. The projects vary in length and format – some are in-house with us, others at the customer site, and many in a hybrid format. The common thread? You never work alone – we are a team even when we are dispersed.

You will work with:

• Programming in C or C++ – at a hardware-near level or in complex real-time systems
• Low-level development, e.g., drivers, protocol stacks, or bootloader logic
• Embedded systems with RTOS, embedded Linux, or bare-metal
• Communication via e.g., UART, CAN, SPI, Ethernet, I2C
• Automation and scripting in Python
• Testing at unit, integration, and/or system level

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong skills in C or C++ for embedded systems
• Understands real-time requirements and systems-level development
• Has experience with hardware-near work or an interest in deepening your knowledge in this area
• Is curious, driven, and enjoys collaborating in technology-focused environments
• Has experience from – or interest in – defense, telecom, or vehicles

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Safety-critical environments (e.g., ISO 21434, A-SPICE, DO-178C)
• Requirements management, traceable development, or work in regulated industries
• Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Testing with HIL, VIL, or MIL
• End-to-end responsibility in the development cycle
