In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of ATG's event platform, focusing on availability, performance, and support for development teams. The platform is business-critical, and you will work in a small team that supports operations and provides support for a platform dedicated to events and messaging. It is an agile team that maintains close contact with both developers and international contacts. You will work daily with the operation, monitoring, and optimization of our Solace-based event platform. Is this you?

We place great importance on personal qualities, and to succeed in this role, we see that you are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility who takes ownership of your work. We see that you have a technical background and a university degree or equivalent in, for example, computer science. As a person, you are curious, unpretentious, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with good communication skills in both English and Swedish, as a large part of the work is conducted in English. To succeed in this role, we see that you are familiar with working with agile methods and have a strong understanding of the importance of GDPR and security in your work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with messaging management (Kafka, Solace, MQ, or similar).
• Extensive experience in system administration.
• Experience in operating business-critical systems in transaction-heavy environments.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices environments.
• Good knowledge of DevOps tools such as Ansible, Python, GitHub.
• Experience working in agile teams with Jira and Confluence.

Meritorious:

• Java skills (the platform has many Java-based integrations).
• Experience from finance or regulatory-driven industries.
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms.
• Knowledge of certificate management.
• Experience with The Cloud, AWS, or Solace Cloud.
