We at Svenska Spel are looking for an experienced and strategically minded IAM architect who wants to take overall responsibility for our identity and access management. With us, you will play a key role in further developing our IAM architecture and translating it into concrete services within a modern, technology-driven, and security-critical IT landscape.

What will you do? In this role, you will be responsible for the overall IAM architecture and for translating the business needs into effective, secure, and future-proof solutions. The role involves:

• Designing and further developing Svenska Spel's IAM landscape with associated technical services, both technically and organizationally
• Driving the implementation of new IAM capabilities and lifecycle management for identities and access
• Advising internal teams and business units on the use of IAM services
• Collaborating with other architects and development teams in cross-functional initiatives
• Ensuring qualitative IAM integrations across organizational boundaries
• Keeping up with developments in IAM and applying relevant new knowledge in our solutions

IAM is a central enabler in Svenska Spel's IT architecture where your contribution directly helps our customers have a safe, secure, and responsible gaming experience.

Are you the one to make it happen? We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the IAM field and the ability to think long-term, strategically, while also being able to concretize technical solutions. You are used to taking a driving role, are structured, and have strong communication skills. You combine technical expertise with an understanding of governance and processes, and are confident in designing IAM architecture that stands the test of time. Communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Create order in complexity and take responsibility from idea to implementation.

We would like you to have a relevant academic background or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience working as an IAM architect in complex IT environments with practical experience in implementing IAM solutions and structured lifecycle management of identities and access. You have a good understanding of trust frameworks within identity and access management (e.g., within Sweden/EU), and possess deep technical knowledge of standards and technologies such as:

• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
• PKI and CA/RA processes
• Structuring and integrating user/access sources
• IAM integrations on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
