What does the position entail?

Hello! I am a 26-year-old woman currently seeking more assistants for my team. I live on a small farm just outside Klippan with my parents, but I plan to move out soon. I have severe ME and autism and am looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to working with people and sees the assignment as long-term. As my assistant, you will find joy in helping and supporting another person in their daily life, and you thrive in a calmer work pace where the focus is on creating quality of life for the person you are working with. Throughout the day, my energy varies, and I am sensitive to sound and light. Therefore, you need to be attentive and responsive to my needs. It is important that you are not allergic or afraid of pets, as I have cats at home and meet a therapy dog every week. I love animals, and they bring a lot of joy to my life. Experience with my diagnoses and/or personal assistance is a merit, but the most important thing is that we enjoy each other's company. I also wish for you to have a driver's license, be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and be able to read fluently. If you have an interest in animals, that is a big plus. It is important to me that you are flexible and adaptable, and that you are non-smoking.

We are looking for someone who can step in as needed. The working hours are varied, but we would like you to be able to work during the day, evenings, and nights (with sleeping duty), both on weekdays and weekends. 

Scope: 1-2 hourly substitutes with the possibility of a permanent position at 50 - 75% Start: Immediately. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. 

About you -

As a personal assistant, we hope you are cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, a good team player, and have a lot of patience. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as a candidate and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements for you

• Proficient in the Swedish language in speech, reading comprehension, and writing
• Non-smoking
• Not allergic or afraid of pets

It is a merit if you have

• experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social care 
• an interest in animals
• Hold a B driver's license
