We at Purple Recruitment & Interim are now looking for a technical preparer for a well-established industrial company in Anderstorp, a key role where you can combine technology, structure, and customer dialogue in a development-driven environment.

About the role As a technical preparer, you play an important role in the company's technology and preparation department. You are responsible for producing accurate and competitive quotes as well as preparing calculations of high quality. You act as technical support for both the sales and purchasing departments and are an important contact person for both customers and suppliers. In dialogue with the customer, you guide them in choosing products, materials, surface treatment, hardness, and other technical specifications. You analyze suppliers' quotes and ensure that the solution meets both technical and business requirements. 

The role also includes responsibility for article preparation, structure preparation, management of label and article registers, as well as setting up new customers and suppliers in the business system. You continuously work with drawing management and ensure that the right technical documentation is available for both internal and external parties. The position is a broad and cross-functional role where you help drive development, efficiency, and quality forward.

We are looking for someone who Has a background in the industry, preferably with a technical or production engineering focus. You have a good technical understanding, are solution-oriented, and are used to communicating with both customers and suppliers. Also comfortable conducting technical discussions. You are structured and meticulous; experience and knowledge in reading and managing drawings is also desirable. Material knowledge and a quality mindset are strongly meritorious, as is experience working closely with sales or purchasing in previous roles.
