Are you a social and driven IT Support Technician with a passion for technology? Do you want to work in a modern, Apple-dominated IT environment? We are now looking for an engaged IT Support Technician in Borås who wants to be part of our client's team!

As an IT Support Technician, you will work with both remote support and on-site through a walk-in desk. You will be a key person in helping users with their IT-related issues, handling troubleshooting and administration in a technically varied environment. The tasks are diverse and include everything from managing cases via phone and systems to providing on-site support and working with other IT-related tasks.

The role also includes travel between different offices, which means that a driver's license (B) is a requirement.

You will work in an exciting IT environment where the following technology and systems are used:

• Operating systems and devices:
  • Apple devices (Mac, iPhone)
• Cloud and server solutions:
  • Google Workspace
  • AWS, Windows server environment
• Network & Security:
  • Cisco Meraki
  • OneLogin MFA
• Identity & Applications:
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office
  • Case management

• Has experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Is positive, driven, and social – you enjoy helping users and solving problems.
• Has a genuine interest in IT and wants to develop within technology.
• Has a driver's license (B) – as travel between different offices is part of the job.
