We are looking for a Salesperson with Exhibition Responsibility who wants to help create world-class customer interactions and environments that evoke emotions and drive sales. About the role; As the exhibition manager at Svenssons, you have a mission that combines sales focus with creative responsibility for the store's visual expression. The role means that you operate within the framework of Svenssons brand identity and visual guidelines – you have the mandate to make decisions within these frameworks and are expected to act in line with our store concept and strategic goals.

You are a key person in creating an inspiring and sales-driven store experience. At the same time, you are an ambassador for Svenssons and are always expected to act in the company's interest so that we can live up to our goals and expectations.

Your main tasks will be to...

• Plan, create, and maintain visual displays, window displays, and room setups in line with Svenssons identity.
• Implement and support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities with creative visual solutions.
• Collaborate with the store manager and head office to optimize the customer journey and store layout.
• Be present in the store and contribute to a welcoming, warm, and design-conscious atmosphere.
• Drive sales through creativity, attention to detail, and a customer-centered approach.
• Transform ideas into functional, aesthetic store environments that inspire customers.
• Share knowledge and insights, communicate, and collaborate within the company.

About you; We are looking for someone who is creative, structured, and results-oriented at the same time. You enjoy working both independently and with others, and you easily translate ideas into practical solutions in a retail environment. You are confident in making decisions, enjoy taking responsibility, and are passionate about creating experiences that inspire.
