About the role

As the manager of Apoteket Näckrosen in Perstorp, you will be at the forefront of our dedicated team of 4 fantastic employees. In addition to being responsible for the sales and performance goals for both pharmacies, you will also play an important role in the daily operations. The focus here is on building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring that sales and service are always of the highest quality. You and your team will be crucial to the success and development of the pharmacies!

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively engage in customer meetings to strengthen the pharmacy's position in the local market
• Ensure that the workplace maintains high standards of quality, safety, and environment
• Manage recruitment, scheduling, and development of the team
• Initiate and maintain collaborations with local actors to expand the pharmacy's business

Your competencies

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience successfully working towards set goals. You have had leadership responsibility, either in a similar managerial role or as, for example, a pharmaceutical manager or sales leader.
