The Role

Are you an experienced and analytical requirements analyst with a strong ability to transform business needs into system-related requirements? We are looking for a Requirements Analyst for an assignment with our framework client, where you will lead and drive requirements gathering work and ensure that the right requirements are developed, documented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in requirements gathering. At least 8 years of experience leading and driving requirements gathering in projects. Experience in identifying and analyzing business needs and translating them into system-related requirements. Ability to lead workshops for requirements collection, review, and presentations. Experience in developing use cases, prototypes, and system test cases. Experience in capturing and testing financial transactions.

Desirable

Experience in requirements work within IBM BPM. Experience in requirements gathering within Data Warehouse and data lakes. Knowledge of Jira. Experience in information and concept modeling. Experience in developing processes and routines for system management and delivery. Experience in coaching and mentoring other requirements gatherers.
