The Role

Are you a service-oriented and technically skilled IT technician with experience in user support and system administration? We are looking for an IT support technician who wants to be part of a team that provides technical support on-site and via remote support.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to users on-site as well as via phone and email. Work in a Windows environment with standard applications and software. Troubleshooting and maintenance of the IT environment. Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory. Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune. Work with networks and troubleshoot hardware and software. Manage cases in ServiceNow. Be responsible for the technical infrastructure in the office.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting. Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365. Experience with Active Directory and Intune. Ability to manage networks, hardware, and software. Experience with case management in ServiceNow. Knowledge of Azure.
