We are looking for an experienced requirements analyst who wants to transform needs into smart solutions in socially important projects. As a requirements analyst with us, you are the link between the business and the development team. You capture needs, analyze them, and convert them into clear, traceable requirements that drive development forward. You write user stories, formulate acceptance criteria, prioritize, and verify – always with business benefits and user experience in focus. You work closely with customers, developers, and testers and play a central role in creating systems that work in reality. Our assignments are within industries such as energy, health, telecom, and the public sector – where technical solutions meet real challenges.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education in IT, systems science, or similar
• At least five years of experience as a requirements analyst, business analyst, or in a similar role.
• Good experience documenting both functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, preferably according to BDD (Given–When–Then)
• Technical understanding of architecture, APIs, and system flows
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

It is a plus if you also have experience in:

• The consulting role and customer-facing work
• System development or a technical background
• Certifications such as IREB, CBAP, or similar.
