Quality Analyst at Sopra Steria

Do you want to help ensure that digital solutions work – not just technically, but also based on the needs of users and the business? We are now looking for an experienced Quality Analyst for one of our team deliveries – a role for you who is passionate about requirements, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Quality Analyst with us, you will play a central role in a cross-functional team where you work closely with developers, product owners, and the business. Your focus will be on understanding and analyzing requirements, ensuring testability early in the process, and contributing to the team building the right solution from the start. You are the link between requirements and quality assurance – ensuring that both are aligned.

You will work with the entire quality chain: from requirements analysis and test design to testability and end-to-end testing. The role requires a combination of technical understanding and a holistic perspective where you help the team identify risks, explore solutions, and deliver robust digital services.

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in requirements analysis and test design.
• Understanding of how requirements affect testability and quality.
• Experience working closely with both business and development teams.
• An exploratory, analytical approach and experience working in agile environments.
• Experience working in CI/CD flows and understanding how quality is maintained throughout the development cycle.
