As an Age Verifier and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around Skåne and Småland visiting stores, cafes, restaurants, etc., to conduct so-called test purchases for items such as gambling, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol to see if the sales unit requests identification for age-restricted products. Additionally, as a Mystery Shopper, you will conduct anonymous quality assessments. You will act as an ordinary customer and evaluate, among other things, the environment, sales, and staff interaction based on a tailored protocol with various measurement points, similar to a customer or market survey. We help our clients develop quality and sales in their customer interactions and ensure that established routines are followed continuously.

We are now looking for someone interested in performing Mystery shopping assignments in the form of age verification, i.e., checks to ensure that alcohol is not sold to minors. (Alcohol Act Chapter 5 § 5).

This assignment is specifically about ensuring age verification through test purchases. To be a test buyer in the age range where age verification is required, you must always be at least 18 years old and/or of a nearby higher age that is representative for the legal purchase of alcoholic beverages.

You need to have a manual B driver's license and good driving experience to travel with the vehicles we provide. You will work in teams of two, typically from morning to evening during normal retail hours.

We select suitable candidates continuously and invite them for an interview for a closer presentation of the positions, setup, and compensation.
