Technical Support for Vattenfall

Are you technically skilled and passionate about renewable energy? This could be an opportunity for you! We are now looking for Technical Support for a consulting assignment at Vattenfall. The assignment runs from January to December, with a good chance of extension or employment at Vattenfall. The position is based at Vattenfall's office in Solna, Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities

In the role of Technical Support, your operational responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for customer reporting, identifying problems, and following up on them
• Ensuring ongoing and accurate feedback to customers and other stakeholders
• Identifying and solving technical problems with solar panels, batteries, and support services
• Proactive support by monitoring and identifying faults
• Troubleshooting remotely and, if necessary, dispatching technicians to the field
• Documenting and closing resolved cases

Throughout the role, you should also:

• Provide high-quality technical support to our customers
• Ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of our technical support processes
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure a high-quality product and support

Who are you?

To be successful in the role of Technical Support, you have:

• Post-secondary education or experience in technology, electronics, or electrical installations
• Knowledge of solar technology, battery technology, support services, and other related technologies and their regulations
• Good understanding of technical terms and processes
• Experience in Technical Support within solar technology and battery technology

The role requires excellent language skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
