Responsibilities You will be part of the Software & Cloud business area, where we in Gothenburg are about 170 competent and engaged colleagues. We work on a wide range of assignments, from hardware-near development in real-time systems to architecture and system integration with the cloud. You will work on projects that match your experience and interests, both in our in-house teams and at customer sites. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our device to cloud initiative. Examples of tasks include:

• Design and implementation of embedded software in C/C++
• System integration between embedded devices and cloud platforms
• Requirements specification, architecture, testing, and quality assurance
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams in software, hardware, and cloud

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid embedded experience, who enjoys working both broadly and technically deep. You are curious about developing new technologies and like working closely with both customers and colleagues. We believe you have:

• At least 10 years of experience in C/C++ development for embedded systems
• Master's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with Python
• Experience in requirements specification, system design, and testing
• Deep understanding of real-time systems and hardware-near development
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Swedish is a strong merit
• Driver's license B

It is a plus if you also have experience in:

• Embedded Linux and other real-time OS
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Edge-to-cloud integration
• Safety-critical standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ISO 21434)
• CI/CD and modern toolchains for embedded
• Cyber and cloud security for connected systems
• Projects in automotive, medtech, defense, or other regulated industries
