We are a Swedish cybersecurity company with approximately 45 employees. We develop and deliver our own IAM solutions to clients in both the public sector and the private sector. Our products cover areas such as SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning, and access governance. Here, you will work in a highly specialized team of developers and IAM experts, with a clear technical focus, short decision-making paths, and a product strategy that combines robust architecture with practical customer use.

About the role

We are looking for someone with deep experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) who wants to take the next step in their career – combining application consulting with backend development.

The role involves helping clients implement and configure IAM solutions, as well as contributing to the further development of our proprietary Swedish IAM product platform.

Implement and configure IAM solutions for strategic clients
Analyze complex identity flows and contribute to architectural work
Further develop the internal IAM product platform, focusing on backend logic (preferably in Java)
Act as a technical advisor at the intersection of customer needs and product development

Your profile

Documented experience with MIM or FIM, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting
Consulting background or experience as a technical application specialist
Backend development in Java, C#, Python, or another relevant language
Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders

Meritorious

Experience with other IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, ForgeRock, One Identity)
Background in security-critical systems or regulated environments
Previous work with product development, DevOps, or integration platforms
