About the Course: A free practical introductory course in banquet serving focusing on larger dinner events where a pre-ordered 3-course menu and pre-ordered drinks are usually served.

During the course, we will cover;

- Special diets - Table setting - Drink serving - Carrying technique (3 plates) and serving technique - Clearing plates and clearing with a tray - Alcohol laws

The course is scheduled on weekdays starting at 16:00 and lasts about 3 hours including a short break. This is an introductory course that after completion can lead to employment for various assignments. Our positions are aimed at those who are students or have another primary occupation. (Supplementary courses may be added) Who are you? You have a strong service personality and are easy to take instructions. We prefer that you have previously worked in a similar role or within the service industry. You are good at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy working in a team. You are punctual, meticulous, and flexible and can work at a fast pace when needed. You radiate energy and contribute to a good working environment.
