The Infobric Workforce business area works to ensure a safe and secure workplace through a variety of solutions for the construction and civil engineering industry. We are now looking for a new inside sales representative to join the team in Malmö!
Job responsibilities
In the role of inside sales representative, you will develop and build long-term relationships with Infobric's existing customers, which include construction companies and their construction sites. You will work on a project basis and be responsible for customers' projects where you offer additional services and support while following up on customers' needs. The work is primarily conducted over the phone and Teams, where you will perform needs analyses and offer Infobric's services using digital tools. You will work collaboratively in a team with other inside sales representatives and maintain close cooperation with regional sales representatives and the support department. In this role, you will have significant development opportunities, and there is potential to transition into an outside sales role in the future.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Contacting both customers and colleagues to assist with information exchange and support
- Ensuring quality and efficiency in the order flow
- Other administrative tasks and daily documentation
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Post-secondary education in sales or relevant work experience in B2B
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Previous work experience as an inside sales representative is a plus
