On our behalf, we are looking for a social IT technician with a strong customer focus and experience in support for long-term consulting assignments in central Stockholm. We value flexibility as the physical workplace may vary at times.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with two years of experience in IT support, who has a strong customer focus and enjoys providing professional service. You are a quick learner, flexible, and can quickly adapt to new systems and technologies. As a person, you are cheerful, social, and service-oriented, and you find it easy to collaborate with others. We prefer that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple cases and processes simultaneously.

In this position, we place great importance on personal suitability and the ability to provide good service and a positive customer experience. We would like you to be adventurous and enjoy traveling when the opportunity arises, but this is not a requirement. A driver's license (B) is, however, a requirement.

The role:

You will be part of a close-knit service desk team that provides support to the company's approximately 200 users on-site and to around 30 smaller offices around the world. We prefer that you, as an applicant, are a driven person who cares about your own development, as the assignment offers excellent opportunities in the field.

As a service desk employee, you will support the customer's users via phone, email, remote, and in person on-site. The service desk handles both 1st and 2nd line issues at a broad level - everything from password resets, hardware and software support, client support, and application support to troubleshooting Windows servers, coordination, and contact with third-party suppliers. The role places high demands on service and customer interaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have good general knowledge in:

Supporting MS Office 2013/16

Office 365 and related services

Supporting computers with Windows 7 & 10

Administration in Active Directory and MS Exchange

Windows server

Networking

Troubleshooting hardware and peripherals

Issue tracking systems, Service Now is a plus

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
