About the position We are currently seeking a personal assistant for one of our clients in Lund who has cerebral palsy and autism. The position is up to 50% with a fixed schedule. Your tasks will include supporting daily routines, personal hygiene, transfers without aids, and dressing and undressing. The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM   weekdays
• 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM   weekends

About the client The client is a young man living in Lund. He enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his family. About you As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you who apply for this position are a cheerful, energetic, attentive, and responsible person. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection. Requirements:

• Must be smoke-free
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you:

• Have a driver's license
• Experience in personal assistance or healthcare

Scope: Approximately 50% Number of positions: 1 Start date: According to agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
