The Position of Original Artist Are you our new Original Artist/final art who is passionate about form, precision, and execution? At Apotea, we are growing at rocket speed and are now looking for a great Original Artist to join our EMV team. Here you will have the chance to develop private label products that are delivered to thousands of satisfied customers every day. We are currently looking for a colleague who ensures that our creative concepts are realized – down to the smallest detail. As an Original Artist, you transform ideas and concepts into print-ready originals that make our products stand out and attract customers' attention in our wide online assortment. This can be everything from everyday and pharmacy-related products like band-aids to fragrant and luxurious soaps. You are a key player in the process – from sketchboard to finished packaging. Together with colleagues and suppliers, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the quality is top-notch. Your responsibilities will include

• Creating original files for packaging and labels – always keeping an eye on design and deadlines.
• Collaborating with designers, product developers, marketing, and printing companies.
• Ensuring that the material you create is production technically correct and follows technical specifications regarding color profiles and printing techniques.
• Being involved in product development from start to finish.
• Being used to continuing an existing design and producing multiple products in the same style.

You are a great team player who is communicative and enjoys collaborating across boundaries – but you also have the ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines. Change and innovation are your thing, and you have a commercial sense that allows you to understand what the customer wants before the customer knows it themselves.

Is this you we are looking for?

• Have a post-secondary education in graphic production, original design, or something similar.
• About 3 years of experience as an original artist, preferably within pharmacy, retail, FMCG, or agency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of printing techniques (offset, flexo, digital printing) and color management (Pantone, CMYK).
• It is a plus if you have worked with private label products (EMV) before and have knowledge of 3D mockups.

The practical details

• You report to the Head of EMV Product Development.
• We apply an office-first work model, located at Sveavägen 168.
• The position is a fixed-term employment for 1 year, with a chance of extension.
