About the role of production worker in Länna – Full-time

• You will work with various tasks within production and warehousing
• Tasks may include order picking, packaging, sorting, quality control, and goods handling
• You will follow established routines for safety and quality
• A large part of the job involves collaboration with colleagues
• Working hours are primarily daytime, Monday to Friday
• The work is physical and you will often be in a warehouse environment

Who are we looking for to fill the production worker position?

• You are meticulous, punctual, and take responsibility for your tasks
• Experience in production, warehousing, or logistics is advantageous but not required
• You are flexible and used to a fast-paced work environment
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to take initiative
• You communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Requirements for the production worker position

• Completed high school education or equivalent
• Physically fit and accustomed to active work
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Driving license B is advantageous

Desirable experience in production and warehousing

• Forklift license and experience driving a forklift
• Previous work with order picking or goods handling
• Experience working with business systems or warehouse management systems
