Technical Sales Representative Hectronic

Do you have experience in sales regarding technical solutions primarily in electronics? Hectronic is the only company in the Nordic region that develops its own X86 and ARM solutions and is looking for someone who wants to work in a cutting-edge technical company!

We are now looking for a technical sales representative for Hectronic!

We are looking for you to work as a Sales Representative and be an important cog in Hectronic's sales organization in the Nordic region. Hectronic designs and manufactures embedded computer systems primarily used in the defense, transport, and communications sectors, among others. Design and manufacturing are done in close collaboration with their customers, making the role of Technical Sales Representative with us varied and challenging, with the opportunity to work in an exciting environment with many international contacts. You also have a dedicated group of colleagues behind you who, together with you, help solve customer challenges.

To succeed in the role as a Sales Representative with us at Hectronic, you have a natural ability to create strong and lasting relationships both with your customers and with your colleagues. You have a strong results focus where you constantly strive to deliver first-class service and work towards achieving set goals. We also see that you, who are applying for the role of Sales Representative, are solution-focused in your approach and are attracted to working in a role where every problem is meant to be solved.

Furthermore, we see that you:

• Have an engineering degree, preferably in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Have a technical understanding and are driven by making deals and developing long-term business relationships.
• Have worked in technical solution sales and have experience in sales towards OEM.
• Preferably have a well-developed commercial network in the field.
• Experience in: Linux, RTOS, industrial buses such as CAN, Modbus, and EtherCat is advantageous.
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, as English is the corporate language at Hectronic.
• Hold a valid driver's license and can travel for work.

The above are important qualities for succeeding in the role, but it is also important that you have your own drive and are self-sufficient and comfortable in the sales role. You have good credentials in sales and in the field from previous experience and love customer interactions, providing energy to customers and colleagues. You are solution-oriented and have a positive outlook combined with the ability to see solutions instead of problems.

You will be welcomed to a small and competent team at the office in Uppsala where freedom under responsibility is a guiding principle.
