We are looking for a consultant for a client in Stockholm who can cover during a parental leave and ensure continuity in the daily work with business development, IT coordination, and internal governance. The role combines operational and tactical tasks with a particular focus on structure, follow-up, and development of processes and quality within IT.

Responsibilities As a consultant, you will:

• Provide administrative support to IT management
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Assist in recruitment processes and at internal meetings and conferences
• Contribute to internal communication and follow up and analyze IT-related KPIs
• Be responsible for and develop the IT playbook as well as internal audits and self-tests
• Maintain and further develop IT's management system (Canea)
• Drive improvement work related to IT and adjacent areas

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within business development or IT coordination
• Experience in quality work, management systems, or internal audits
• Good understanding of IT governance and IT processes
• Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with working in Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Desirable

• Experience in KPI tracking
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27001, PM3, PPS, or similar
• Experience in process development
• Experience in organizing conferences
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Canea
