Your New Role

We are now looking for an experienced internal communicator for an exciting assignment with our client in the green industry. The role combines strategic and operational communication with project management of change initiatives within the HR area. This assignment is suitable for you who want to help build a strong internal culture in a growth company focused on sustainability. As an internal communicator with our client, you will support the Group Internal Communications Lead in driving and developing internal communication efforts in line with the client's strategy, culture, and growth ambitions. You will be a key person in the communication work towards employees in several locations, with a particular focus on the growing team in Boden.

The role is divided into two main areas:

• Internal Communication: You produce messages, materials, and activities that strengthen the internal culture, increase engagement, and create clarity in the change journey.
• Project Management within HR/People & Organization: You lead communication efforts related to specific initiatives such as compensation programs and transparency regarding rewards.

The work involves close collaboration with various functions such as Operations in Boden, Digital, and People & Organization.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• A degree in communication, HR, or a similar field.
• 5–10 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or HR communication.
• Experience in change management and cultural initiatives in multicultural environments.
• A strong ability to navigate between strategy, tactics, and operational work.
• Documented experience in driving and following up communication projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• A good ability to tailor messages to different target groups, both collective and salaried employees.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and preferably with experience of collective agreements.
• Desirable: Experience from heavy industry or companies undergoing green transition is a plus.
